With a background in HR and sales enablement in the tech world, Jacob took his expertise into the real estate media space— initially as a contractor helping agencies hire, then as a coach guiding them to build stronger teams and systems. When he's not building teams or coaching founders, you can probably find him adoring his cat, skiing, or at a concert.

Keaton Kruser

Operations Director

Across his 8+ years of experience in the field, Keaton has touched every facet of operations from HR, to recruiting, to organizational structuring, and much more. He prefers a people-centric approach to all of the above. Outside of work, he can be found at the theater, home playing video games, or out enjoying NYC with his wonderful and silly little friends.
